Meet The Innkeepers
Sam and Jan Orlando along with their children and grandchildren, have spent the last 50 years planning parties and catering great food for special occasions and business events both in their personally designed event centers and to great local venues and other private locations throughout the St. Louis city, St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson County, as well as, the Metro East communities. In addition to operating a successful catering business, they also had a dream to one day open a bed & breakfast. They had wonderful experiences in their travels staying at great lodges and bed and breakfasts throughout the country and they wanted to bring that atmosphere back home with them. Their dream came true when The Lodge at Grant’s Trail opened in 2000. The Lodge has been creating great memories for our customers ever since.
A Quote from Our Innkeepers
“This lodge is an expression of our desire to create a warm and romantic place to relax and unwind from life’s daily grind. Once stemming from a bed and breakfast concept, the rustic log cabin motif combined with state of the art luxury, makes our lodge unique!”
